Epic Training Locations

Conference Room 1-5:

Use Entrance 1 at the front of the main hospital and turn left. Conference Rooms 1-5 are located on the first floor on the right across from the visitor elevators.

2nd Floor IS Training Room:

Enter through the Support Services Building and take the elevators or stairs on the left to the 2nd floor. This room is located beyond Human Resources/Educational Services on the left-hand side.

NICU Training Room:

From the back employee hallway, take the C/D elevators to the 3rd floor. Upon exiting the elevator bay, take a right and badge in though the double doors into the NICU. The NICU Training Room is the first door on the right.

Mother/Baby Conference Room:

Take the main visitor elevators across from the Conference Center to the 4th floor and turn right. The Mother/Baby Conference Room is located on the left across from the visitor restrooms.

5th Floor IS Training Room:

Take the visitor elevators across from the Conference Center to the 5th floor and turn left. The IS Training Room will be located on your right-hand side near Pod B.

Wellness Center Conference Room

Woman’s Center for Wellness, 9637 Jefferson Hwy. (Corner of Jefferson Hwy. and Bluebonnet Blvd.)

Enter the fitness center main entrance facing Jefferson Hwy. The Conference Room is on the first floor to the left before you reach the front desk.

BAT Center Conference Room & Accounting Conference Room – Woman’s Business and Technology Center

8850 Airline Highway (north of old Woman’s Hospital)

From Airline Highway, turn at stoplight onto Connell’s Village Lane and take a right into the BAT Center parking lot. You can park in the first lot to the right and badge in through the back employee entrance. Look for signage to direct you to the BAT Center Conference Room or Accounting Conference Room.
