As we near our Epic go-live date of Feb. 1, 2024, we will hold four Go-Live Readiness Assessments (GLRAs) at 120, 90, 60 and 30 days prior to go-live. These sessions are intended to:
- Review operational readiness and risks for go-live.
- Openly discuss risks and issues.
- Ensure clear next steps and owners.
- Facilitate communication and encourage transparency.
- Ensure alignment across operational leaders, IT and Epic.
Any risks identified in these GLRA sessions will be monitored so we can continue to track progress and ensure owners are following through on established mitigation plans.
