If you’ve ever traveled internationally, you’ve likely received stamps in your passport that represent the exciting destinations you’re visited. Like postcards kept in a scrapbook or stickers on a piece of luggage, passport stamps are not just functional but also a treasured souvenir.
Now that Woman’s has embarked on an organizational transition to Epic, all employees will receive an Epic Adventure passport of their own. Your passport will serve as a reference guide throughout our journey and also can be used to win prizes throughout our implementation project.
Employees will have four opportunities along the way to earn stamps in their Epic Adventure passports. Each stamp enters you into a raffle for the current milestone. Anyone who earns all four stamps by the time we reach our destination will be entered into a grand prize drawing.
Managers will receive passports for distribution to their teams later this week. The first opportunity for stamps will be February 23 and 24. Stay tuned for more information about how to participate in an upcoming Woman’s Updates email.
