As we embark on our transition to Epic, one of the most important first steps is having the right people in place to lead us on our journey.
There are many different aspects of the project that require time and attention, including continuing to manage our current applications and preparing the organization for a successful transition. The following team will manage several key areas:

- Donnie Dykes – Ambulatory Applications
- John Fitzgerald – Network Engineering
- Gary Lamoyne – Ancillary Applications
- Jason Norris – Technical Services
- Landon Roy – Meditech and ERP Analytics
- Trista Roy –Patient Access & Revenue Cycle Applications
- Mackenzie Schild – Epic Analytics
- Leo Segalla – Interfaces
- Trivinia Toussant – Clinical Applications
- Damian Widmer – Data Center Operations
Additionally, more than 80% of the Epic team has been hired, with several new employees coming on board in the next 30 days to begin working on the early project phases. You may also see representatives from Epic on our campus in the coming weeks. Please extend a warm welcome to our new Epic team members and Epic staff representatives when you see them in the halls!
