On Friday, the Epic team held a kickoff event to officially begin our “Epic Adventure.” This will be our theme throughout this Epic implementation project, as we all journey together toward a new electronic health record (EHR) that allows an integrated experience for both clinicians and patients.

As we embark on our transition to Epic, one of the most important first steps is having the right people in place to lead us on our journey.
